How we use it

We use your information to dispatch help, keep you updated on status, show your request on the tracking map, and improve the service. We share only what a partner shop needs to reach you and complete the job.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your location for advertising or continuous background tracking. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected by Brand Name Fame LLC are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS status updates

If you opt in, Motorcycle Roadside (Brand Name Fame LLC) sends transactional status texts from +1 (760) 512-8581 — typically 2–5 messages per roadside request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support. Your number is used only to service your request and is shared solely with our messaging provider for delivery.

Tracking codes

Each request gets a tracking code stored in your browser so you can return to its status page. Anyone with the code can view that request's status, so treat it like a password.

Chat with dispatch

Chat conversations are stored so you can pick up where you left off, and an automated assistant may help answer routine questions. Do not send payment card numbers or sensitive personal data in chat.

Retention and your choices

We keep request records as long as needed for service, support, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your request history or opt out of text updates at any time by contacting dispatch.
