Motorcycle Roadside

Brand Name Fame LLC — Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 2026

These terms govern Motorcycle Roadside, a service operated by Brand Name Fame LLC, 1268 Bellingham Dr, Oceanside, CA 92057, USA. Contact: support@motorcycle-roadside.com or +1 (760) 512-8581.

1. What we do

Motorcycle Roadside (operated by Brand Name Fame LLC) is a dispatch and coordination service. We connect riders with independent, vetted partner motorcycle shops and towing operators. We do not perform repairs or towing ourselves, and partner shops are solely responsible for the work they perform.

2. Emergencies

This service is not an emergency medical or law-enforcement service. If anyone is injured, or if you are in an unsafe position on a roadway, call 911 before contacting us.

3. Requests and dispatch

Submitting a request does not guarantee service, an arrival window, or a price. A dispatcher confirms availability, estimated arrival, and cost with you before a partner shop is sent. Estimated arrival times shown on tracking pages are approximate.

4. Your information

You agree to provide accurate contact and location information. We share the details needed to complete your request (name, phone, location, motorcycle and issue details) with the assigned partner shop.

5. SMS messaging program

Motorcycle Roadside (Brand Name Fame LLC) sends transactional status texts from +1 (760) 512-8581 only to riders who opt in by enabling "Text me updates" on the request or tracking page, or by texting START. Messages cover request received, shop dispatched, technician en route, and service complete — typically 2–5 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out at any time, START to resubscribe, and HELP for support. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Payment

Towing and repair charges are billed by the partner shop that performs the service according to the estimate confirmed with you. Disputes about work performed should be raised with that shop; we will help mediate where we can.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motorcycle Roadside is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from dispatch delays, service unavailability, or work performed by an independent partner shop.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
