You opt in by checking the unchecked "Text me status updates" box when you submit a roadside request on our request page, or by texting START to +1 (760) 512-8581. Consent is never a condition of purchase and you can use our phone line without texting.
Transactional updates about your own roadside request only: request confirmation, partner shop dispatched, ETA updates, arrival, and service completion. Each message includes a tracking link.
Typical frequency is 2–5 messages per roadside request. We do not send marketing texts and we do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.
